Use this form to suggest a new release (2 years or newer) title for Omaha Public Library to purchase.

Submit only ONE title per form please.

The library will consider purchasing items that are copyrighted within the last two years and DVDs that have already been released. If your title was published before that, please consider interlibrary loan (see requirements).

Please Note: Because of the volume of requests we receive for DVDs, audiobooks and music cds and budget considerations, we cannot always respond to let you know the status of your request. Please check the online library catalog to see if your request has been purchased and to place your hold. You need to have a library card for us to consider requests.

For Interlibrary Loan, Please read our Loan requirements. Please note that there is a cost associated with ILL requests. You can fill out the form one of two ways:

Visit any Omaha Public Library location and ask at the Information desk for an interlibrary loan form and fill it out there.
Visit the database WORLDCAT . Once in WorldCat, type in your desired title and choose your desired format. In the center-left of this screen, you will see seven black buttons. The third one from the left has the initials ILL. Click on that icon and fill out the information, we can interlibrary loan your request.
